The Calamity Jane The Plains Signature scented candle draws its inspiration from the vast, open landscapes of the American West. Care & Cleaning

For an even and harmonious burn, place the candle away from drafts and direct sunlight. Light all four wicks simultaneously and remain nearby while the candle is burning. Keep the wax pool free from matches, wick trimmings and other debris.

Allow the entire surface of the wax to melt completely before extinguishing the candle to prevent tunnelling. The first burn will naturally take longer. Once the full surface has liquefied, do not allow the candle to burn for more than one additional hour.

Never allow the final centimetres of wax to burn, as the flame could come into contact with the glass and cause the vessel to overheat. After each burn, gently straighten the wicks before the wax fully solidifies to ensure an even relighting.

Trim the wicks to approximately 6 mm before each use to maintain a clean, steady flame and limit smoke and soot. Regularly clean the inside of the vessel with an alcohol-free product to prevent soot deposits and preserve its clarity. Store the candle in a dry place at room temperature when not in use.
