A playful pop reinterpretation of classical antiquity

With the New Antic collection, Italian designer Uto Balmoral reimagines classical antiquity with humour and bold creativity. The Grace Lamp depicts a goddess stepping down from her pedestal, winking playfully while blowing a pink chewing-gum bubble.

Through this surreal and provocative design, Uto Balmoral transforms fragments of classical heritage into a contemporary artistic statement. The resin head perfectly imitates white marble, while the pink glass bubble acts as a light diffuser, illuminated by the LED bulb inside.
